Prime Pro Abadi is seeking a dedicated Assistant Site Engineer to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of our construction projects. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about engineering and has a strong commitment to quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project specifications.,Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff on site safety and construction techniques.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
