As the Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and comfort. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.,Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff are properly trained and supervised.,Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the hotel are running smoothly.,Monitor and manage the hotel's budget and financial performance.,Ensure that the hotel is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Lead and motivate the hotel staff to achieve the highest level of performance.,Ensure that the hotel complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior hotel management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality industry and culture.,Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
