📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are used effectively.,Represent the department at meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and technologies as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent experience.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.,Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
