📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment
• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Chef Assistant in a professional kitchen
• Strong foundation in cooking techniques and food preparation
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with kitchen software and tools, such as POS systems and inventory management software
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
