📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store assistants, providing training and support to enhance their performance.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure product availability.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store performance targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
