📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial management.,Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
