📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best deals.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control procurement spend to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of procurement activities and adherence to project timelines.
  • Provide procurement support to other departments as required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing procurement activities.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and procurement spend analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the procurement field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
