📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain the Probat roaster to achieve precise roast levels and consistent flavor profiles.
• Develop and perfect roasting profiles to enhance the quality and flavor of our coffee beans.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that every batch of coffee meets our rigorous standards.
• Monitor and adjust roasting parameters in real-time to optimize the roasting process.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of roasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in coffee roasting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our coffee roasting processes and procedures.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that our coffee products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coffee roasting, preferably with a focus on premium coffee.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining Probat roasters.
• Strong understanding of coffee bean characteristics and their impact on the roasting process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in the coffee industry.
• Certification in coffee roasting or a related field is a plus.
