📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support the company's strategic goals.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
