📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to junior team members,Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create product literature and promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Proficiency in English for writing technical documentation,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
