📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and appealing to customers.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
