📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of audit reports and presentations.
  • Collaborating with the Internal Audit team and other departments to address audit findings.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participating in continuous learning and development activities.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all audit activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
