📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to employees and end-users.,Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Monitor and report on system performance and usage.,Coordinate with IT team members to resolve complex issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaor C++.Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.Basic knowledge of database management systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
