📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
