Bloom Market Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading our delivery team to ensure efficient and timely service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of delivery personnel to ensure efficient and timely service to customers.,Coordinate with customers to ensure their orders are delivered on time and in good condition.,Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided by the delivery team.,Ensure that all delivery vehicles are in good working condition and are properly maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the delivery team.,Provide training and support to new delivery personnel as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the delivery or logistics industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with delivery software and systems.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
