📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing office supplies and ensuring they are stocked and organized.

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Assisting with the preparation and distribution of meeting materials.

Maintaining a clean and orderly office environment.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and other communications.

Assisting with the preparation of reports and other administrative documents.

Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
