📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve company goals.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Manage department budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Collaborate with senior management to align departmental objectives with overall company strategy.,Monitor and evaluate department performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management principles and practices.
