🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT program management and change management.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
