In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily accounting operations including cash flow, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Oversee the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Train and supervise junior accounting staff.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
