📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of telemarketers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Set and monitor sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.,Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
