📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and adherence to pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Providing professional pharmaceutical counseling and advice to patients, helping them understand their medications and health conditions.
• Managing inventory and ordering medications to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure continuity of care.
• Monitoring and reporting on pharmacy operations, including sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Participating in continuous education and training programs to stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical practices and technologies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those set by the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
• Promoting the health and well-being of the community through public health initiatives and educational programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A valid Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker) certification from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting, with a strong background in medication management and patient care.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, such as SAP Pharmacy or Medisys.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated on the latest pharmaceutical trends and technologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the pharmacy.
