Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mandarin F&B Management Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the F&B industry to gain practical knowledge and skills. The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals to learn and develop their abilities in managing various aspects of the food and beverage operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the F&B department,Support in planning and organizing events and catering services,Help in maintaining inventory and ensuring efficient stock management,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Support in creating and maintaining customer relationships,Assist in implementing health and safety protocols in the F&B department,Help in conducting regular quality checks and ensuring compliance with standards,Support in preparing reports and documentation related to F&B operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or individuals with limited experience in the F&B industry,Basic knowledge of Mandarin language is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges,Enthusiasm and passion for the F&B industry,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
