📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the road transport group, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.,Manage and supervise a team of drivers and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.,Monitor and maintain the fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Manage and optimize fuel and maintenance costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising safety or performance.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of operations and any issues that require attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics and fleet management industry.,Strong knowledge of road transport regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.,Experience in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and cost optimization.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as TMS (Transportation Management Systems).,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
