📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer preferences.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
