AETHER Berjaya is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Write user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Participate in product development meetings to provide input on documentation needs,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development processes,Excellent written communication skills in both English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
