📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training needs and develop training plans to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee performance.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they can apply what they've learned.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training programs into the overall business strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
