As an Admin Data Reporting professional in Jakarta Raya, you'll be joining our dynamic team to manage end-to-end data workflows for our banking clients. This critical role involves transforming raw financial data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring regulatory compliance.
In this role, you'll work closely with our data analysts and business users to design, implement, and maintain data reporting solutions. You'll use industry-standard tools like SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, including core banking systems and third-party data providers. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in data management and reporting to drive business value for our banking clients.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, develop, and maintain data reporting solutions for banking clients
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL and other data integration tools
- Create and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools
- Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through data validation and quality checks
- Provide technical support and training to business users on data reporting tools and processes
- Monitor and optimize data reporting performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data management, reporting, or a similar role in the banking industry
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification in data management or a related field (e.g., CDMP, CDWA) is a plus
