Crypto Controls and Compliance Lead

Stripe is seeking a Crypto Controls and Compliance Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cryptocurrency operations comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with our legal, risk, and engineering teams to develop and implement controls and procedures that protect our customers and the company.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement controls and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Work closely with legal, risk, and engineering teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
• Provide guidance and support to other teams on compliance-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in audits and other compliance-related activities as needed.
• Ensure that all cryptocurrency operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with our compliance policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation to demonstrate compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, such as AML, KYC, and OFAC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or other fintech companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contracts is a plus.
