- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the heavy equipment parts industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and products.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role in the heavy equipment industry.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment parts and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
