📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and oversee the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure and urban development projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with the vision for the new capital city.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize project management tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project to streamline development processes.
• Facilitate community engagement and stakeholder consultations to ensure projects meet the needs of local residents.
• Collaborate with government agencies and international partners to secure funding and resources for development initiatives.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management.
• Promote sustainability and innovation in urban development practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and urban development projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian urban development regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote project sites.
