📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and acquire new merchants through proactive outreach and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify potential merchant opportunities.
• Provide training and support to merchants on our products and services.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive merchant acquisition and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchant services.
• Report on merchant performance and market trends to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant services, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful merchant acquisition and retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
