• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics services with professionalism and empathy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 1 year of experience in BPO or customer service roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with customer service software like Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Communications, or similar).
• Certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
