📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facilities.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and guests, addressing their maintenance requests efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Certification in facilities maintenance or related fields is a plus.
