📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and printed materials.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient mailroom operations using SAP and specialized mailroom software.
• Strapping and packaging printed materials for secure and timely delivery.
• Maintaining inventory records and tracking the status of mail and print jobs.
• Collaborating with the production and delivery teams to ensure seamless logistics.
• Implementing and adhering to quality control measures for print materials.
• Resolving mailroom issues and providing support to other departments as needed.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mailroom efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mailroom operations or similar roles in print logistics.
• Proficient in using SAP and specialized mailroom software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
