📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic internal communication plan aligned with Certis Group's goals and values.
• Create and distribute engaging content, including newsletters, announcements, and social media posts, using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Coordinate with HR and leadership to ensure timely and effective communication during organizational changes and events.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the success of internal campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously enhance Certis Group's approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align internal and external communication efforts.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling employee information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communication, preferably in a multinational or large organization.
• Proven track record of developing and executing effective internal communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee engagement best practices.
