📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Develop and design marketing materials, such as posters, flyers, and digital ads, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.
• Support the marketing team in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including data entry and scheduling.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and tactics based on market trends and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
