📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and performance.
• Manage and track business development budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners to support business growth and expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of media and advertising industry trends, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
