• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the heavy equipment parts industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and products.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role in the heavy equipment industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment parts and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
