- Draft and review employment contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or legal roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Certification in HR or legal compliance is a plus.
