Laboratory Analyst (Shrimp Farm Laboratory)

Mitrabara Adiperdana is a leading player in the aquaculture industry, specializing in shrimp farming. We are currently seeking a dedicated Laboratory Analyst to join our team in Sumbawa. This role is crucial in maintaining the health and productivity of our shrimp farms through meticulous data analysis and reporting. You will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with farmers and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality and sustainability in our operations.

As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests to monitor water quality, feed quality, and overall farm health. You will use advanced laboratory equipment and software to analyze samples and generate reports. Your insights will help in making informed decisions that enhance farm productivity and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine and emergency water quality tests using standard methods and advanced laboratory equipment.
• Analyze feed samples to ensure compliance with quality standards and nutritional requirements.
• Monitor and report on the health status of shrimp through regular sampling and testing.
• Generate and maintain detailed laboratory reports and records for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the farming team to implement corrective actions based on laboratory findings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in aquaculture or related fields.
• Certification in water quality analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, and dissolved oxygen meters.
• Familiarity with laboratory software such as Microsoft Excel, LabArchives, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
