In your daily work, you'll be responsible for conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and monitoring environmental performance. You'll use tools like SAP EHS, HSEA, and other industry-standard software to manage and track your tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Implement and maintain environmental management systems, including waste management and energy efficiency programs.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety and environmental best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and internal reviews.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in environmental health and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in the fragrance or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Environmental Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001.
• Proficiency in using EHS software such as SAP EHS, HSEA, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
