📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the store.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and sales reporting using tools like Square or Toast.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to maintain consistent product quality and freshness.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in store improvements and marketing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support the financial health of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and maintain high standards of service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Certification in food safety and handling (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for baking, pastry, or hospitality is a strong asset.
